MUTV-cable channel 23: Executive producers of student-produced shows give me their final products in MPEG file format, and I transfer the shows (usually a few gigabytes) through the university LAN. The "channel" itself is actually a Windows XP computer with 4:3 NTSC video output. I am responsible for scheduling all movies and student-produced material and engineering the distribution system, troubleshooting Windows and making sure the programs are continually broadcasting without "dead air." Although it was time-intensive, I enjoyed my colleagues there, as well as working with/engineering the technology. I also configured and administered the station Listservs at https://po.missouri.edu/ (LISTSERV-TCP/IP release 15.5).
