MUTV—cable channel 23: Executive producers of student-produced shows give me their final products in MPEG file format, and I transfer the shows (usually a few gigabytes) through the university LAN. The "channel" itself is actually a Windows XP computer with 4:3 NTSC video output. I am responsible for scheduling all movies and student-produced material and engineering the distribution system, troubleshooting Windows and making sure the programs are continually broadcasting without "dead air." It's time-intensive, but I enjoy my colleagues there, and working with/engineering the technology. I also configured and currently administer the station list-serves at https://po.missouri.edu/ (LISTSERV-TCP/IP release 15.0).

Assisting President Emeritus and Director of Policy Programs Charles W. Fluharty at the Rural Policy Research Institute (RUPRI), Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs.

For more information on my work at RUPRI, as well as everywhere else I've worked, view my résumé.
